Damn, can’t keep up on this end. So many beers online these days. Isn’t it great to know that you don’t have to deal with eBay anymore? (for the most part…unless you live Internationally).

Today, Joey at South Bay Drugs should be getting in about four more cases Russian River Consecration (he sold out of his previous allotment pretty damn quickly so there’s probably going to be a limit for online orders). Combine that with Lost Abbey Red Poppy (limit 2), New Belgium Dark Kreik (limit 1), and Lost Abbey Serpent’s Stout (I can personally vouch for that last one, what a solid beer), and you have one heluva box right there.

I don’t think you will find Red Poppy anywhere else. Good luck with Consecration, too.

SouthBayDrugs has a winner. Voted one of the year’s best by the Beer Advocate users, Joey got in ten cases of Ballast Point Sculpin IPA as the weekend kicked off. He imposed a 4-bottle limit so hopefully there are a few more kicking around on this Sunday evening.

Another one to watch out for is De Molen Hel & Verdoemenis (Hell and Damnation). West Lakeview Liquors has posted this as “coming soon.” This is one of the top 100 beers in the world and it is anybody’s guess as to whether anymore of it will come into the States after this shipment. Also coming to WLL will be those Amager beers I discussed not too long ago. Hr. Frederiksen is the top-rated beer of this bunch, just outside of the top 100.

Another reminder of the unbelievable beer selection that you can shop online these days. Those who check the Buy Beer page frequently are being rewarded; I will post this to the front page later today. Who needs eBay now that you can find all this great stuff online at actual retailers?

The Wine and Cheese Place now has Boulevard Bourbon Barrel Quad and Schlafly Grand Cru for sale on its website.

It is confirmed that Deschutes the Abyss will be available online for sale soon at both South Bay Drugs and Liquid Solutions. However, it is going to be limited in both cases and Matt Maples of LS has even posted a note on his site explaining that he won’t have as much as he did last year.

As for Firestone Walker Twelve, GOOD LUCK. When I said that The Bruery Autumn Maple was the hottest beer of the season, I think I should probably clarify that I meant the hottest fall seasonal. Twelve is an anniversary beer and is the hottest beer out there PERIOD right now. I haven’t confirmed with either party that it will be available for shipping online as both retailers may reserve the few bottles they get for loyal in-store customers but both South Bay Drugs and new online retailer, Healthy Spirits will have it in stock soon. Otherwise, like me, you can go over to BevMo.com and sign up for an alert if it comes in stock but I am not holding my breath.

Speaking of silver medalists, South Bay Drugs just added Drake’s 1500 Pale Ale to the shelves along with former Gold Medal Winner, Drake’s IPA.

Archer Liquors only got a case and a half of Founders Harvest which will likely sell out in-store this weekend before they have a chance to put it online. Might be worth a call to West Lakeview to see if they can ship any.
