Granted a good company will own up to a mistake and make it right, but having to do so becuase someone is threatening them will eventually lead to them not making any special release beers anymore. People need to go to their original place of purchase and get their money back there. The reasons are two fold, Tomme needs to deticate his time to finding out why this happened and preventing it from happening again, secondly people will get thier money back in a more timely manner.
